　夏野菜のトマトやキュウリ、ズッキーニが、冷たい麺とよく合います。

　エビやイカなど海のものだけでなく、うずらの卵、豚肉、たけのこ、しいたけ、ねぎ、ニンニク、ショウガにお豆腐がたっぷり入っています。夏バテ防止にとても良いです。
